Work Product: Upon full payment and project completion, you will own the final website design and content we create specifically for you, subject to our right to use generic code, frameworks, and methodologies across multiple projects.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or subscription plan.

• Subscription fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis
• Project-based work may require a deposit before work begins
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility

6. Disclaimers

As Is Basis: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. My Dollar Website makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our services.

No Guarantees: While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth. Digital marketing results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services integrated with your website, including hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics platforms.
